I would like to say that Cody went far above what I thought a real estate agent could do. I was impressed with his willingness to roll up his sleeves and help us through some hurdles. He spent many hours on the phone with city and county employees on our behalf. This meant so much to us and demonstrated that we found the best real estate agent we could possibly find.
I have hired hundreds of employees in my career and certainly would place Cody in my top ten group for outstanding work ethics and knowledge of his field!
You probably do not know this, but, I sent Cody extra money for the job he has done for us. He kindly thanked me, but refused the $350 and tore my check up and said that his commission was enough. His integrity shines bright!
