Cody Kerr’s provision of a pre-listing home inspection led to awareness of deficiencies needing to be addressed prior to listing. While considerable time was needed to address identified issues, the resulting sale after correcting these matters resulted in a far higher listing price than initially expected, and an actual sale above the listing price.

Because of Cody Kerr’s exceptional service during two previous sales experiences there was no consideration given to another agent.

We have been pleased with the service provided by Coldwell Banker Tomlinson during the sale of three rentals over a period of four years.

Overall, we were entirely satisfied with this sales experience, other than for delays in closing due to late appraisal by the buyer’s lender.

Admittedly, Cody has become a friend after guiding us through the sales of three rentals. Nevertheless, his attention to detail, excellent appraisal skills prior to listing, and total integrity in providing advice yet resisting deciding details for us makes his service invaluable. If you tell Cody about an issue needing to be addressed, he will insist that that issue be included in the seller’s disclosure along with measures taken to address the need. The eventual buyer spent considerable time, I was told, reviewing details addressed in the Home inspection report, and afterwards submitted an offer above the asking price.
