Even though it’s still cold outside, this winter in Spokane is one of the hottest on record. The Spokane real estate market is red hot right now in price ranges under $350,000. Inventory is still very low, and with housing demand continuing to rise, it has created a buying frenzy.
Buyers are submitting offers on homes, sometimes competing against 5, 10, even up to 15 other offers, as some brokers have reported! Selling a home? Sellers may have the cream of the crop with multiple offers! As the weather cleared a bit earlier this year than last, we saw an increase in buying activity. Nicer weather on the horizon typically means more listings on the rise, giving buyers more choices and a bit of a relief from the intense competition. In the meantime, stay vigilant and be sure that you are ready to take action promptly to find your next home.
