We had a “niche” property we were selling that Cody knew would take some time, but was still willing to take it on and help us until it sold. I was honestly a bit disappointed with the marketing photos, but never said anything until much later which was my fault for not stating so right off. When it got time for deals and negotiations, Cody was very on top of everything, making sure all was taken care of. He was very communicative and made sure to stay on top of things and keep us in the loop. We had one deal go awry, and he kept us informed of the situation and potential problems the entire time which was very appreciated, because there were no surprises. He works very hard for his clients and demonstrates professionalism with both the buyers and sellers. He also goes above and beyond, often working late hours to make sure he is there every step of the way, so if anything comes up he canfollow through to make sure any questions or problems that arise are handled. I was very appreciative of his support and help selling our property, and will definitely recommend him to others.
